Are you a technically skilled and driven person who wants to take responsibility and contribute to development? Alfing is now looking for a paint specialist with a free role supporting two painting departments in two factories. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and optimize painting processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.

As a paint specialist, you will be technically responsible for painting and work closely with production leaders at both units. You will contribute to developing work methods, ensuring quality, and driving improvement projects while providing support and guidance to colleagues.

Your main responsibilities

•         Be technically responsible and support the painting departments in two factories
•        Work with wet paint and conveyor painting:
  • Conveyor paint: Lesta robot, modern Wagner kitchen, and 6-stage wash from Ideal
  • Wet paint: Manual Gema guns and Adal 7-stage wash
•       Identify and drive improvements in work processes and efficiency
•       Support colleagues and production teams in quality assurance and problem-solving
•        Drive your own projects to enhance quality and productivity

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Has specialist competence in painting, hanging techniques, and work methods for efficient and quality-assured production
• Enjoys being in production in a free role where you plan your work independently
• Is passionate about driving improvements and developing work methods
